Profil
Niels Krause-Kjær has been a journalist for more than 25 years. Until spring 2023, he hosted Deadline on DR2 and is now a freelance journalist and author. He has previously worked at Jyllands-Posten, had his own program - Krause på Tværs - on DR P1, and for a number of years he has been an associate professor of political journalism at the Danish School of Journalism, head of the journalism program at SDU and visiting professor of journalism at the University of San Francisco. He has written a number of books, including the novel 'Kongekabale', which was later made into a movie. Before he started hosting DR2, he was for a number of years one of Denmark's most frequently used political commentators and a columnist for Berlingske.
Special interests
Over the past 15 years, Niels Krause-Kjær has given hundreds of lectures on authorship, politics and media and moderated hundreds of conferences and panel debates.
